By using our laundry and dry cleaning application, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to change these terms at any time without prior notice.

Pickup and delivery slots are subject to availability. While we try our best to deliver on time, delays caused by traffic or weather conditions are beyond our control.

Payment must be made upon delivery or via online payment methods before delivery. In case of lost items (verified by us), we will reimburse up to 10 times the washing cost of that item.
